  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 can (12 oz) chunk light tuna, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook elbow macaroni in boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  3. Add cooked macaroni to the tuna mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
