  • 2 medium carrots, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared from about 1 lb potatoes)
  • 1 cup beef broth (low-sodium)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté onions and garlic until golden.
  3. Stir in ground meat and carrots; cook until meat is browned, about 5-7 minutes.
