  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained

  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder (adjust for heat preference)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups beef broth (or vegetable broth)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened (about 5 minutes).
  2. Stir in garlic, chili powder, and cumin; cook for another minute.
