  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients: Dice the chicken if preferred; otherwise, leave it whole.
  2. Add Chicken & Vegetables: Place chicken at the bottom of the crock pot followed by mixed vegetables.
  3. Mix Soup & Broth: In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and chicken broth until smooth.
  4. Season & Pour: Sprinkle onion powder and garlic powder over the mixture before pouring it into the crock pot. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover & Cook: Set crock pot on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Prepare Puff Pastry: About 30 minutes before serving, preheat the oven as per package instructions for puff pastry.
