  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack
  • 8 flour tortillas (10-inch size)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil chicken in water until tender; shred.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cream cheese until creamy.
  3. Stir in shredded cheese. Spoon filling onto one side of each tortilla, roll tightly, seam-side down on a baking sheet.
