  • 4 green onions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup portobello or shiitake mushrooms (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, brown sugar, and black pepper in a bowl. Add beef slices and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat, adding oil to prevent sticking.
