  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup diced fresh fish (salmon or tuna)
  • ½ cup spicy mayo (mayonnaise + Sriracha)
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 nori sheets, cut into strips
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions until sticky; let cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with diced fish and spicy mayo until creamy.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Layer half the sushi rice in a greased baking dish, followed by the creamy mixture.
