  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (thawed)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar until combined. Press into a greased baking dish to form an even crust.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown; let cool completely.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with the remaining sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spread half of the creamy mixture over the cooled crust. Layer with sliced strawberries, then spread remaining creamy filling on top.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
