  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 8 flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil chicken breasts in water until tender (15-20 minutes). Shred the chicken once cooled.
  2. In a bowl, mix sour cream, half the Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, green chiles, cumin, chili powder, and chicken broth until smooth.
  3. Spoon the chicken mixture into each tortilla and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
