  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or your favorite herbs)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and dust with flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
