  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Season with taco seasoning if desired.
