  • 28 oz canned diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  4. Meanwhile, boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sausage-tomato mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired consistency. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on low heat.
