  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp paprika (smoked preferred)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a roasting pan.
  2. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil over the entire chicken and generously season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
