  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute) without browning.
  3. Add canned tomatoes with juices; crush gently while stirring in capers and olives. Simmer for 10 minutes.
