Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth.

  5. Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire racks.
