  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray or paper liners.
