Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  3. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and pumpkin puree until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just blended.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and tap it on the counter to release air bubbles.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
