  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine torn bread pieces.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, milk or cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

  5. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown on top.
