  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely before frosting: beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; spread over cooled bars.
