  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes in juice
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
