  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 24 chocolate kisses (unwrapped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  4. Mix in peanut butter until smooth. Add the egg and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them two inches apart.
