  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1 cup buttercream frosting (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth. Gradually add to dry ingredients, stirring gently.
  4. Fold in crushed Oreos until evenly distributed.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting with buttercream and topping with mini Oreos if desired.
