  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked if preferred)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme) for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts.
  2. 2. In a bowl, combine yellow mustard, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. 3. Marinate chicken by placing it in a zip-top bag with the marinade for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
