  • 1/4 cup white miso paste
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions (sliced, for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the marinated salmon skin-side down on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
