  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pie dough on a floured surface and cut circles to fit in muffin tins.
  3. In a bowl, mix cherries with sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice; let sit for 10 minutes.
