  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked preferred)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in the mayo mixture and place them in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the top of each piece.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown.
  6. Let rest for five minutes before serving with steamed veggies or rice.
