Instructions

  1. Mix the sourdough starter and warm water in a large bowl until combined.

  3. Gently fold in the blueberries and lemon zest using a spatula.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  6. Punch down the dough, shape it into a round loaf, and transfer it to parchment paper.
