  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef or sausage
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Pour in tomato sauce and sprinkle Italian seasoning; stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer meat sauce at the bottom of the pot, followed by noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella cheese, and repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Top with an additional layer of sauce before sealing the Instant Pot lid.
  6. Cook on manual high pressure for 20 minutes.
  7. Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick-release remaining pressure. Garnish with Parmesan and basil before serving.
