  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup grape jelly (high-quality)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (your choice)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined without overmixing.
  3. Form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the baking sheet.
