  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse chicken wings under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a large bowl, toss wings with salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. While wings bake, melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Once baked, transfer wings to a bowl, pour garlic butter over them, and toss to coat. Sprinkle freshly grated parmesan on top while hot.
