  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 ripe heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the focaccia bread horizontally into two equal halves.
  3. Layer slices of fresh mozzarella on the bottom half of the bread.
