  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef against the grain for tenderness. Chop bell peppers and onions.
  2. Optional: Sauté garlic and onions in a skillet until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add sautéed aromatics (if used), beef strips, sliced peppers, broth, soy sauce, salt, and any additional seasonings to the crockpot. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
