  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until frothy.
  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients gently; fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Fill muffin cups three-quarters full and bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
