  • 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil (vegetable or olive)
  • Kebab skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, garam masala, and oil.
