  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz thinly sliced deli ham
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Layer half of the chicken breasts in the baking dish, slightly overlapping them.
  3. Add a layer of deli ham over the chicken followed by Swiss cheese slices.
  4. Repeat the layering process with remaining chicken, ham, and cheese.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, garlic powder, mustard powder, salt, pepper, and chicken broth until smooth. Pour over layered ingredients.
  6. Top with panko breadcrumbs and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
