  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (mix of red, yellow, green)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by rinsing the shrimp and chopping bell peppers.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil or butter. Sauté seasoned shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side until pink; remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and bell peppers; sauté for 3-4 minutes. Gradually stir in heavy cream.
  5. Return pasta and shrimp to the skillet; toss with sauce until well combined. Mix in Parmesan cheese and garnish with green onions.
