  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Let sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
