  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3.4 oz (1 package) instant vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly. Press into a pie dish and bake for about 10 minutes until lightly browned. Let cool.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together milk and instant pudding mix until thickened. Gently fold in sliced bananas.
  3. Pour half of the banana mixture into the cooled crust, add more banana slices on top, then pour the remaining mixture.
  4. Whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Spread over the pie.
  5. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
