Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch round cake pans and line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry mix until just combined. Stir in boiling water until smooth.
