Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  2. Add milk, melted butter, and eggs one at a time; stir until just combined.
  3. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and swirl in some cinnamon filling.
