  3. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm area until doubled in size (1-2 hours).
  5. Gently shape the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface; dust with semolina flour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Let shaped loaves rest for 30 minutes before baking.
  7. Bake until golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.
