  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

  4. Add the drained pasta to the skillet, mixing well. Gradually incorporate reserved pasta water until desired creaminess is achieved.
