  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil water in a large pot and add salt. Cook the pasta shells until al dente (about 10-12 minutes), then drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shrimp, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, and olive oil. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff each shell generously with the seafood mixture. Arrange them seam-side up in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells until evenly coated.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil for the last 5 minutes to brown the tops.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional herbs if desired.
