  • 1 cup creamy nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, chopped nuts, and dried fruits. Stir until well mixed.
  2. If using, gently fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the mixture. Press down firmly to compact it.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  5. Lift the mixture out using parchment paper and cut into squares or rectangles.
