  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying (enough to cover wontons)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
