  2. Peel and slice the bananas into thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).
  3. Mix lemon juice and equal parts water in a bowl. Briefly dip each banana slice in the mixture to prevent browning.

  5. Arrange banana slices in a single layer on parchment-lined baking sheets without overlapping.
