  • 4 medium russet potatoes, cubed

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until soft (3-4 minutes).
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned (5-7 minutes), seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Stir in cubed potatoes and beef broth. Bring to a simmer; reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, cover again until melted (about 5 minutes).
