  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup white wine
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (approximately 3-4 minutes).
  4. Pour in white wine and let simmer until reduced by half, then stir in heavy cream.
  5. Mix in the cooked spaghetti, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese until well combined. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if necessary.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
